Good for you! I;m glad you’ve found your motivation again… maybe you can help me with mine?

And can I live your life for maybe one day? It all just sounds so romantic and exciting! I’m sure EVERY moment is like that, RIGHT? :)

    thanks for your comment :)

I so know what you mean about losing motivation after eating too much or skipping a workout. I like to “keep the ball rolling” too. It’s like that science law about inertia – “objects in motion want to stay in motion and objects in rest want to stay in rest.”

But anyway, you’ll be fine and will reach your goals – most importantly, CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR ENGAGEMENT! :D

“The tips are simple and straightforward:
    1. eat what makes me feel good (yes, maybe a chocolate once in a while but I feel so much better with lots of fruits and veggies!)
    2. Drink lots of water
    3. Do some fun activity (running/kickboxing/etc) a minimum of 4 times a week, including 1 hardcore circuit.”

Darn, my post got deleted half-way through. As I was saying…

Cheat days are important to any weight loss and fitness program.

Sabrina! Hi! I saw this blog off Jessica’s page. How are you?? Congrats on your engagement — guess what? We are getting married the same day! I too am trying to lose weight, but I have to say you look fantastic!
