Tired but happy.
I was so hungry this afternoon, and I’m not sure why? First I tried drinking a lot of water, then a cup of tea, but I finally realized it was hunger and gave into it.
First I had the teeniest apple with 1 tbs of Barney Butter
I don’t know why it looks huge in this pic, but it was way too small for me.
SO I went for the good stuff. 3 oz of plain yogurt with a 1/4 serving of a TLC crunch roasted almond bar (1/2 of one bar) and somehow a couple of peanut butter and chocolate chips slipped in there. what a treat!
My snacks were the perfect fuel for my workout. I did 3 sets of circuits (doing each circuit 3 times). Then I got on the treadmill and did walks + sprints but it was hard. My legs were so tired they felt like jelly. I did about 25 minutes, alternating between walking at 4.0 (lazy) for 2 minutes with running for 1 minute at 8.5 mph. Not my best run, but my circuits were so great that I feel awesome.
Then I sat down for dinner and had one of those yummy Joseph’s wraps with a bit of leftover sauce and some mozzarella cheese (1/2 pictured here). I was cravvving veggies though so I also had a small spinach salad with a drizzle of Annie’s dressing. I had about 1750 calories today which is more than I have been having lately, but I feel like I did a good job listening to my body.

Wow, that apple IS tiny, haha

Sometimes I will have no appetite until 3pm and then suddenly I’m ravenous. But I try to listen to my body too
Sounds like you had a good day!

Isn’t it funny how taking pictures of your food makes you realize that food looks big in pictures, but small in real life.
