		<description>We take sweet potatoes, peel them, cut them into cubes and throw them in a ziploc on Sunday when we get back from the grocery store.  Then, all week, we have them at our disposal:
1. Throw them into a mixing bowl
2. Add olive oil, kosher salt and paprika
3. Bake
Slightly different flavor, good variation on your piece above.</description>
