Ow

EMG’s really do hurt. My arms are all swollen and my hands hurt so I am not going to type much. the guy kept missing my nerve and hit veins and made me bleed and bruise. not sure if that’s normal.

Dinner was half of a whole wheat tortilla with about 1 oz of chicken with peppers and a serving of alexia sweet potato fries. it was good but i didnt really have an appetite. and i forgot a pic.
