This afternoon I had the most amazing combo: 2 oz fage with a splash of vanilla extract and 100 grams of strawberries. I mixed it all together last night and omg it tasted so good today. just like strawberries with cool whip, i swear! And I had an awesome pic but it’s on my work computer so boooo to that!
While I was out doing work errands this afternoon I was feeling shaky and not so good, and then I saw a bright blue light… the great harvest bread company had opened in Rhode Island!!!! I was soooo happy! I saw them working on it the last few months and ran by it several times so I looked it up online and then Kath from katheats.com started talking about it and then, well you know the rest. It opened and I just had to go in! They offered me a piece from the “bread board” so I went for the honey wheat. I slathered some raspberry jam on it and it was to die for. I am serious. I wanted more. It was the second best piece of bread in my life (#1 comes from Sabrina’s in Firenze!). And the owner was so nice!
Then after work I went to gallery night on the hill and my aunt and I strolled down to a new gallery and the owner’s wife had baked all these amazing goodies. I was a pretty good girl though and just tried one of the mini apple spice cake bites and a small ginger (i think?) cookie, and some cider!
Oh! and then outside of Walter’s restaurant they offered me a fried zucchini bite so I had, er, two! After a lovely evening I finally went home and was still starving! I had half a serving of umjaddarah (my cousin forfeited her last serving to me). And…. as I was slicing the honey wheat I snarfled (thanks for the word NM) a mini piece of the end (about 1/4 oz? literally like a bite). so so good!
Now I am heading to bed.. big morning tomorrow!

What a fun day! Love all the little samples! Tiny tastes are such a great way to get away from eating too much! Good luck tomorrow!
