    this was a great dish, thanks for the recipe! (by the way, what white wine did you use? I used a chardonay and i think it may have been too strong of a flavor for this recipe . . . thoughts?)

  21. rav1979- I used a really light pinot grigio.. i’ve never tried it with chardonnay, but in general I don’t really like it so I always use a light pinot grigio for cooking. I don’t really see the wine making much of a difference though, perhaps it didn’t have enough time to cook off?
