Obsessed.
This morning was repeat #3: 1/4 cup old fashioned oats, 1 tbs pb, 1 medium banana, 10 g coconut.
When it gets cold I tend to have oatmeal every single day. Last year I had the same combo (a different one than the above) every. single. day. but I know I need new creations! Please let me know your fav oatmeal combo and I’ll try some out!!!

Thought of the day: Sleep is just as important and exercising or being awake. Make sure you get enough sleep!!!!
Since this post was so borrring I thought I’d share my office space with you! I work in an open space environment since we all work together. What does that mean? No one really has an office although we each have a huge space. I have three desks for myself right near the front door which means that when people walk in I often am the one to greet them, although my cousin/roomie also gets that job sometimes (she faces the door, even though I am in better sight). I just switched my space around to account for my wrist pain, and this new setup is doing wonders for me.
Here’s my main desk.. the little post it at the bottom of my monitor says “find winter coat”… seriously. I can’t find either one! I looked all over my dad’s and my house. Need to look again. The other things on my desk are my notebooks, my tea travel mug and large smartwater, my ipod player, crabtree & evelyn hand therapy lotion, speakers, phone, computer obviously, etc. In the back on the wall I have my exercise schedule + my calendar. what you can’t see are all my different stamps and paper clips + my amazing calculator and stapler. interesting stuff.
To the left I have a desk where I keep incoming mail, and to the right I have another desk where I put random odds and ends: open projects, my daily calendar, random wedding stuff, hole puncher, etc.
Now you know where I cook and where I blog while at work. Next I guess I should show you where I blog from home!!!!

Such a cute workspace!
My favourite is super boring: 1/3 cup oats, 2/3-3/4 cup water, 1 sliced and mashed banana, and loads and loads of cinnamon. I have about 2 bowls every Monday Wednesday Friday, and sometimes more. I actually don’t get sick of it. Keep meaning to try it with some peanut butter, though, because that sounds SO good!

You made me miss my desk from my old job for about .0000001 seconds. I miss my lotion stash! Now that I have to carry my desk on my back, I don’t lug around things like lotion but I sure could use some right now

Haha- your classic oatmeal combo is basically the exact same as mine: oats, vanilla soymilk, banana, PB. Hey, it works!

My favourite oatmeal combination is apples (cooked with the oatmeal), raisins, cinnamon and sliced almonds. So good!
I’ve also been meaning to try the PB/banana oatmeal for it looks so good!
