They appreciate the reason you put something like this together - to raise money. Plus they are great people to hang out with! As RhodeyGirl stated, JDRF focuses on a single mission - To Find A Cure. Since we know that the cure is just outside of our reach at this moment, our focus is on keeping people who suffer from this desease from developing complications, like nerve damage, organ damage and blindness. Thus, we are funding an Artificial Pancreas Project, to keep those who suffer, as close to normal blood sugar levels as possible. Then when we find the cure, they will be healthy enough to receive it. Thanks so much for supporting JDRF! We loved having RhodeyGirl and PB at our event!
