Christmas Fun(fetti)
My cousin Alexis came over for dinner last night. She brought her very first batch of cupcakes over to our house: Funfetti cupcakes with vanilla frosting and Christmas decorations.
These really put me in the holiday spirit. I haven’t had a Funfetti cupcake since… high school??? It had been too long. To celebrate the season, Alexis’ first baking experience, and weeknight fun, I had one two. PhillyBoy had one too, and he never eats sweets.
I know I wasn’t eating real food, but they were absolutely delicious and worth every pillow-of-heaven bite. Thank you Alexis!
Speaking of holiday spirit... come visit me tomorrow morning to find a really simple gift to make for friends and family! I am SO excited to share this post!

Funfetti might be one of the best super processed indulgences out there! We made Funfetti cakes for every birthday and major event my senior year of college! LOve!
