Lots of color always makes them better tasting! My weight always shifts between a few pounds. I am never bothered about as it usually goes back to normal. After my xmas holiday I was down a few pounds. If my weight does go up a little bit, I usually find it is due to not drinking enough water. So I always cautious of my water intake.
