Looks DIVINE! And I wish I could come to your bootcamp there are always bootcamps on the hudson river when i’m running (5:50am!) and I’m always jealous!

@Julie @ Pickley Pear, I do believe it. I hated bread pudding until 2 years ago (without every trying it). I think it was a texture thing? But now that I've tried it I am obsessed- especially with all the blueberries! Let me know if you try it and how you like it!

Can you believe I have never had bread pudding? Not a picky eater at all and someone who will trying ANYTHING, the idea of bread pudding does not sound good to me. I may just have to try your recipe because I love blueberries, and of course alcohol!!

@Heather (Heather's Dish), If you almost cried at the photo, you would have sobbed at the flavor haha. It was so delicious- sweet but not overly so, and crunchy and soft at same time. I want to make more asap!
