You paired it with WHAT?!
How many times have you had a weird food combination only to realize that the foods work so well together, they should be paired together more often?
Think about it…
Watermelon & feta salad (a great recipe for this coming in 2 weeks!)
peanut butter and jelly
beets & goat cheese
peaches & fresh mozzarella
Wait, WHAT?
My cousin Raz (remember when she visited me?!) had her family over yesterday for a Father’s Day BBQ, and one of the items she served was skewers with grilled peaches and fresh mozzarella. It sounded so intriguing I had to see a photo asap, and luckily she had taken one!
Now I am dying to try this! Will it be as amazing as the combination of watermelon and feta? She says it is! I can’t wait to recreate this at home!
What weird & delicious food combination have you tried that we all should try? Share in the comments!

@Garo, I used to do this with PB&Co.’s white chocolate peanut butter and OMG was that good! I swear it tasted like peanut butter cookie dough.

I used to have an awesome Norwegian roommate who did some pretty crazy combos–but they were always fab! The weirdest was probably a bagel with carrot cake jelly… which she covered with onions, olives and smoked salmon!

I recently took a cooking class where we balled up a pear, rolled it in gorgonzola, and then covered it with crushed pistachio. It was pure magic, and if you had asked me prior, I would have told you I care for neither pears nor pistachio. I only tried it because we were making it in class.

I made nectarine and mozzarella skewers for a part last year and they were the big hit that night. Mine had basil pesto drizzled on them- try that- so good!
