my favorite pasta salad is a very simple salad. I cook angel hair pasta and toss it with a little olive oil, chopped tomato, feta cheese and sliced black olives.

My favorite pasta salad is one I practically live off in the summer: Tricolor rotini or tortellini, chopped tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, fresh basil and Athenos feta. I make a dressing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh oregano, garlic and a little mint. To keep things interesting, I’ll sometimes add chickpeas, kalamata olives or dried cranberries or whatever else might strike my fancy at the moment.

tricolor pasta
broccoli, chopped into florets
garbanzo beans
feta cheese
Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
red onion
olive oil
red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper

Simplicity at its finest: farfalle pasta, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, pep, and feta. Might also try this combination with diced avocado!

I love pasta salad but my Portuguese family never makes it, so I make it with chorizo, kale and canellini beans to make it more familiar and they love it!

My favorite pasta salad includes ziti pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, feta – tossed in a greek dressing! It’s delish!!
[Reply]
At the moment, I’m really digging farmers market and my CSA share, so I just had a pasta salad with tri colored tortellini, fresh cherry tomatoes, yellow peppers, a ton of fresh chopped basil, and olive oil and balsamico…so fresh and delish, and it tasted even better the next day.

I love warm orzo salad tossed with fresh heerbs, grilled chicken and feta cheese–the feta gets melty from the orzo’s warmth and it’s so good, definitely my family’s fave quick meal!
[Reply]
Orzo, Athenos feta, caremalized onions and peppers (red and yellow), kalamata olives (optional), and FRESH oregano. With some olive oil and sea salt. Serve slightly warm, just to melt the feta a bit.
And wow I want that lunch bag.

My favorite salad with Feta is a Crab Salad using imitation crab meat (I am allergic to real crab meat). Use a generous amount of Feta, Chopped tomatoes, sliced red onions, olives, mushrooms, green peppers, spinach and spring salad mix, with good old ranch dressing. Grill a slice of your favorite bread with a little butter and you have a delicious meal for lunch or dinner.

I would enjoy a simple tri-color pasta salad with sliced grape tomatoes, Athenos feta, olive oil, salt & pepper. With possibly some diced red onion if I’m in the mood!
[Reply]
I think something really simple would show off the flavor of the feta – pasta, asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes, and feta in a light vinaigrette.
