  1. I usually bake my white fish in a foil tent with lemon, butter, and spices. I’ve been curious about poaching for a while. Will have to try this!

  2. interesting- I’ve never poached fish! I will have to try this for the man. Fish cooking always feels a little tricky, I love that this makes it a bit more fool proof.

  3. I don’t think I’ve ever poached fish before. It’s interesting the recipe has you zest and juice the water and not the fish directly. Do they still have a lemony flavor?

  8. I’m so glad I came upon this recipe. I have some Halibut that a friend caught in my freezer, and this might be just the way to try it!
