Remember I said I found the perfect tool? The Aerolatte is a very simple AA battery operated gadget. It makes perfectly frothed milk in 30 seconds or less with little work and hardly any clean up. You simply warm your milk (I use the microwave) and then insert the end of the Aerolatte into the milk and turn it on, slowly moving around the edge of the mug. In just a few seconds your milk will double or triple into the most beautiful froth you’ve ever seen at home.
I first fell in love with the cappuccino while visiting my Nonna in Trieste during high school. In Trieste they have a mini cappuccino called a cappuccio, and it is simply an espresso cup with one shot of espresso and just a touch of foam. Ever since that first affair with espresso and frothed milk, I have been hooked. I never used to make it at home, but when I found a good cappuccino I would visit the place so many times the baristas would know me by name. I have even been known to drive 25 minutes simply to pick up a cappuccino and a few biscotti. Somehow drinking one reminds me of celebrations and family… perfect for this time of year.
And since last year I offered a giveaway around this time, I thought it would be fitting to do the same this year! Let’s celebrate the true beginning of the holiday season with a fun giveaway!

I would love to win this! the Froth is the best part of any drink!
I would SO love to win this ! I love frothy drinks and now that the cold weather is here I am making all kinds of cappuccino’s, mocha’s and hot chocolates. I love froth and also when making hot chocolate for the little ones, I would love to NEVER SEE CLUMPS of chocolate powder in a drink again ! I think this would solve that problem and give me the frothy , hot drink I am aiming for !!! 🙂

I’d love an Aerolatte – I gave up my daily Starbucks run close to a year ago, and started brewing my coffee at home, in an effort to save a little extra each month.
But, I definately miss the latte’s. And the cappucino’s. This seems like an economical way to bring back the fun foamy drinks without breaking the bank!
fun! i’d love one of these – i can’t drink straight up coffee because it does a number on my stomach, but lattes (etc) are easier on my system but harder on my wallet 🙂

I need this becauase i’m a tea latte addict and this would make my life SO MUCH EASIER. I stopped going to starbucks when hubby lost his job, so this would bring some cheer back into my tea latte habit. 🙂
