  4. Quiche is one of my favorite, easy, and yet somehow “fancy” recipes. This sounds awesome!

  5. hey sabrina- this sounds awesome- question: what do you usually serve it with or is it bulky enough itself?

  6. I love quiche! I never think to make it though….

  7. Simple for sure!! Yum. I feel despite having started work even from home that things are still crazy. We moms must stick together!

It looks like there I’d cheese on top- is there? Didn’t see it on the ingredient list. Thanks for the tip! I have a 3 mo so getting any food on the table is a huge task!

@Keri, You know what? You’re right! I have made this a bunch of times already, and I forgot that I used shredded mozzarella and a bit of parmigiano reggiano the first time. I obviously didn’t miss it much though as I completely forgot!

Hi! Just stumbled upon your recipe and it will be perfect for Mother’s Day! How much mozzarella and parmigiano reggiano? Was it fresh mozzarella or the bagged shredded cheese? Looks tasty!

  10. I can’t wait to make this for dinner tonight!

  11. One more question….have you ever substituted rice or almond milk for the skim milk? Do you think it would work?

  12. Who doesn’t love a yummy quiche! 😀

  13. Aw, this was an incredibly nice post. Taking a few minutes and
actual effort to generate a good article… but what can I say… I put things off a lot
and don’t seem to get nearly anything done.
