Raffi’s 1st birthday
Expect a lot of first birthday posts…
Today is my son’s first birthday! I woke up at 2:18 AM last night, and only after checking my email history did I realize that he was born at exactly that moment last year. I can’t believe I woke up exactly one year after I met him!
After dropping off my brother, sister in law, and cousin we spent the day as a family of 3. We took a drive over to Johnson’s Farm in Medford, NJ and had such a fun time that I cried on the way home. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful little family. I thought visited the farm was more for us than him, but Raffi absolutely loved it. We pointed out all the cool farm machinery, picked apples and pumpkins, listened to a live band, took a hayride, and let him have his first taste of apple cider slush. He was quiet with wide eyes almost the entire time – he had as much fun as we did. It’s days like these that remind me to be so very thankful for my life.
Here are some photos from the day. I can’t pick a favorite. (click to enlarge)
Happy Birthday Raffi!
It gets SO FUN from here, Sabrina. I feel like you feel some days after we’ve all been out as a family. Yesterday Luke climbed in my lap and we shared an Italian ice (he ate with his own spoon!) while we sat outside and watched some music and it was just wonderful.
His little muscle shirts kill me.
I am so thankful you share your sweet family with us 🙂 Happy Birthday Raffi!
What a wonderful birthday for Raffi! Such a beautiful family and fun way to celebrate. Cheers to year one! 🙂
So cute! and you look incredible! What did you do to loose your baby weight and how long did it take you? He is such a cutie, congrats on your family of 3
My son was born a few days before Raffi, and I’ve been following your blog since I first found Babycenter back when I was pregnant. It’s so hard to believe that it’s already been a year! He is too cute!
happy birthday, Raffi!!!

Happy Birthday Raffi! We have been to Johnson’s Farm a few times. I’m glad you found it. Always a good time!
