My name is Sabrina, but you may know me as RhodeyGirl.
Although I now live in Philadelphia, a piece of my heart will always remain in Rhode Island.
After growing up there, traveling the world, and getting married in July 2009, I am finally ready to begin the domestic life- the right way. For me, that translates into hosting lots of dinner parties and experimenting in the kitchen with new and fun foods.
I believe that local, organic, wholesome ingredients are the ones we should put into our bodies. Entertaining while maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be difficult, but with the proper tools it does not have to be so. Follow me as I test healthy recipes from the many cookbooks I own and blogs I read, as well as experiment with the recipes that come to me through living my daily life, whether it be using up everything I have in the fridge or thinking about and calculating what items would make a great dinner.
I hope to share my successes and failures with you in the kitchen and in life.
