Menu Plans

I’m going to start keeping a record of some of our weekly menu plans here:

Week of April 27:

Sunday: chicken kebab, grilled peppers, rice pilaf
Monday: oven cooked ribs, corn on the cob, broccoli
Tuesday: leftovers
Wednesday: grilled salmon, grilled asparagus
Thursday: bay scallop gratin, unsure of side
Friday:

Week of May 11:

Monday: grilled steaks, corn, caprese
Tuesday: leftovers
Wednesday: ziti with mini meatballs
Thursday: out for night market
Friday: rotisserie chicken, steamed carrots, rice, green beans

Week of May 18:

Monday: smoothies for adults, leftover chicken, peas, strawberries, and fresh mozzarella for the kids
Tuesday: baked pecan encrusted salmon + asparagus + rice + corn on the cob
Wednesday: prosciutto wrapped cheese stuffed chicken breast, raw fennel salad
Thursday: garbage salads
Friday: out at a wedding rehearsal dinner!
