I had been planning to participate in a sprint triathlon on July 24, but a variety of reasons have kept me from doing so. On July 11 my husband and I joined a Philadelphia Sports Club, and I have since made a new workout schedule to keep me excited and interested in my daily workouts. I have really missed exercise classes and look forward to participating in them once again. I also miss weight lifting, which I used to do every other day in RI. I want my muscles back. Here I will share my daily exercises that will help me get those muscles back and become the healthiest me.
Sunday July 11: PM. Stairmill (35 min, level 9, HRM recorded 300 cals burned) + chest, shoulders, triceps
Monday July 12: PM. Zumba! (420 cals burned)
Tuesday July 13: AM. Stairmill (30 min, Level 8, 280 cals burned, avg HR 160) + back and biceps, 2 mile walk
Wednesday July 14: off
Thursday July 15: PM. Hip Hop Class (250 cals burned) + 2 mile walk
Friday July 16: AM. Zumba (500 cals burned, avg HR 155) + 2 mile walk
Saturday July 17: PM. Stairmill (30+ min, Level 9, 290 cals burned, avg HR 156) + legs and abs
Sunday July 18: AM. Total Body Conditioning class in RI.

Wednesday July 21: AM. 47 minutes cardio- 30 min treadmill (jogged about 2 miles, walked almost 1!) + 15 min stairmill. (400 cals burned, avg HR 148)

Saturday July 24: Legs, glutes, abs
Sunday July 25: Rock climbing, 4+ hours (strength workout really)

Tuesday July 27: 32 minutes on treadmill (270 cals burned) did 12 minutes straight of jogging at 6.0! + 12 more minutes jogging in increments. Only slight knee pain.
Wednesday July 28: PM. 30 min full body circuit (230 cals burned) + 15 min slow walking (lots and lots of knee pain!!!!)
Thursday July 29: Full day of rest.
Friday July 30: Zumba (450 cals burned)
Saturday July 31: 1 hour power walk outside (300? cals burned)
Sunday August 1: 10 min Precor + upper body/abs circuit
Monday August 2: Zumba! (380 cals burned)

Wednesday August 4: AM outside. 5 X 5 min jogging. 3 min walk breaks in between. 25 total min jogging! NO KNEE PAIN! (330 cals burned)
