  1. i’d never heard of barney butter, but i looked it up and it sounds incredible. your method of consuming it sounds even better–kashi makes some good waffles. and i love the smiley face. 🙂

  2. i’d be smiling, too! 🙂

So, the smiling waffles are definitely reminiscent of Pee Wee’s Big Adventure and the talking breakfast in the beginning…I smell Pee Wee v. Rhodey Girl in a copyright infringement action!

  4. Haha, I used to love Pee Wee! That breakfast looks yummy! That’s cool that you want to try something different for your honeymoon. If I could go anywhere in the world, it’d be Italy. If you travel a lot, you may have been already. 🙂

  5. Hooray for being in a GREAT mood, and for an equally-happy-looking breakfast 🙂

Grace- It is really delicious, and a nice change from PB. I recommend trying any kind of almond butter yum yum

Triggles- i never saw that movie sorry!!!!

Laura- I actually lived in Italy for 8 months, and PB was there for 6 weeks once, so I think we might wait on Italy 🙂

Yes, yes. I too have been contemplating the honeymoon. We at first wanted to go to Italy or London, but I just don’t think we have the budget for that — but if you do?! Are you thinking Europe at all?

So our next thought was an all inclusive, because that is sort of typical happy honeymoon fare. And I found one I think is at the top of our list. It’s called “Royal Plantation” and it’s in Jamaica. It was rated, by over 400 user reviews, as the top all inclusive in the world, on trip advisor. It’s one of those places that’s all beaches and food and great service. Oh and they have a lot of excursions like scuba diving and zip lining that we might try! If you are going all-inclusive, this seems to be the top place.

My friend and her husband just went to Napa Valley on their honeymoon — to a B&B, great restaurants, wine tasting, hot air balloon ride? I thought it sounded fantastic, but Jeff really wants to leave the country.

So, those are the places we considered…. good luck with yours!

Oh! And Disneyworld. I sorta kinda wanted to go there, but Jeff nixed it pretty much right away. The bright side is, if I ever get sucked into my company as an actual benefitted employee and not a contract employee, I automatically get free tickets to all Disney Parks and something like 30% off hotel rooms. So when that happens I am definitely making Jeff go!!!

We honeymooned in Key West. It was so laid back, some of the best people watching too!

Good luck with your wedding planning!

what nationality are you? I can’t figure it out! You and PB will have a wonderful wedding and honeymoon. You are so on top of your game! I can’t wait to try some Barney Butter I should be getting it soon.

Anonymous- You can’t figure it out because it’s a tough one. My mom is from Italy (but northern Italy so she was blond with blue eyes and fair skin) and my dad is from Jordan (yet we are all Christian- his dad is a minister). So I was born here, but my blood is Jordanian/Italian!!!! PB’s background is mostly Armenian. Barney butter is amazing. You’re gonna love it.

  14. I’m dying over this picture. It’s so perfect!
