  1. Hm, I’ve never heard about tuna and nightmares… but now that I think about it, it may very well be true! The last scary dream I had was after a dinner with tuna :( guess I’ll have to restrict it to the occasional lunch plate! Have a great day!

  2. it’s funny i heard on good morning america yesterday that if you smell something unpleasant before going to bed, it triggers nightmares!! they had participants in a study smell rotten eggs before going to bed and almost all of them had horrible dreams. maybe tuna has the same effect?? it tastes great, but it doesn’t have the greatest smell

  3. I hate nightmares!! I used to have some bad ones when I was little…thank god I kind of grew out of that for the most part. I just saw your other comment about the burritos, dont have the cookbook in front of me but found it online:

    I also eat breakfast at work…if I tried to eat before it would just be rushed and I’d be hungry again at 10!
