"A Working Friday Night" Menu

Obviously pizza Fridays is off for now. I plan on reinstating it after the wedding, if PB is willing to make the dough! So this Friday, we are making something different! My criteria for Friday are:

1. something quick to cook and quick to clean up
2. will be good as a quick leftover
3. healthy

Why is SPEED so important? Because we are designing closets!!!!!!!!! PhillyBoy has been working hard all week stripping down his closets to a nice clean slate for us to work with. We are going to think up a nice plan to organize them and have them be just what we want them to be! I will post before and after shots when available!!!!! And I am sure I will fill you in as I attempt downsizing my wardrobe, the one task I am dreading!

So! To the menu!

*Arugula salad with avocado, pepper, cucumber in lemon/olive oil dressing

*Homemade Philly cheesesteaks with no bread

*Baked Zucchini Fries

and.. ahem… sugar free chemical pudding for me!

I get to see PB in 24 hours!!!!!! We get an extra day together since I am doing my taxes with his accountant this year! Yay!
