    Shrimp dumplings look lower cal and fat but still have some protein (4 STEAMED are 232 calories, 4 g fat, 24 g protein …I think…I have the menu opened mini at work ;)), brown steamed rice, one of the small side veggies (garlic snap peas??)

  4. I get the lettuce wraps, szechwan eggplant, or chicken lettuce wraps. They’ll do no oil if you ask.

    i get the tuna sashimi and the buddha’s delight. the latter is only like 300 cals for the whole dish :inlove1:

    I love the Ma Po tofu – it’s got tofu and broccoli in a delicious sauce and is not too bad calorie-wise. Have fun! I loooooove PF Chang’s. 🙂

    EEEEEeeeeeeeek. Check out those SODIUM levels! I would go for the Lemon Scallops…NO Sat. Fat, 188 cal & 257 mg Sodium per serving…and it’s big enough to take half home for another day.

    orrrr…the Gluten-Free Ginger Chicken & Broccoli bowl. Yummy. Good Luck!!!!

    oooooh i love pf changs! i always get the buddha’s feast steamed with steamed shrimp instead of tofu. it’s INCREDIBLE and less than 300 cals! you can get brown rice instead of white and i’s a great meal!

  11. I second the ma po tofu! It’s delicious and one of the lower cal options. It’s a big dish too so you can pair half with half a serving with some brown rice for a good meal. They also have a salmon marinated in some tea. Healthy and delicious!

  13. My favorite thing there that I got recently was the grilled chicken & eggplant, just be sure to take half of it home with you.

    I also really like the vegetable dumplings and the vegetarian lettuce wraps.

  17. I work at pf changs! there are so many things are are not too bad for you: cantanoses shrimp/scallops, buddha’s feast steamed or stir-fried, moo-goo gai pan, giniger chicken and broccoli, the egg drop soup is also really good and really low cal =)
