The most work I've done in a week for food.
Having good, fresh, homemade meals has always been a top priority… but with family in from overseas and my WEDDING to PhillyBoy this Saturday that priority has gone out the window. Now it is all about making the most of my time and finding or making the quickest healthy meal I can. Today, for lunch, that meant the Whole Foods prepared food section.
I bought a fresh tomato and mozzarella sandwich with pesto as well as made a spinach salad with a few craisins, walnuts, croutons and cucumbers. Along with exactly 5 chips leftover from a party and a refreshing bottle of lime sparkling water, it was a delicious lunch!!!!
We are so lucky to have such an awesome Whole Foods here in Cranston! I bet that location will notice my absence of business. I am literally there every single day hahahah! All the employees there know me and know when my wedding is ha!
Oh, when is it? SATURDAY!!!! I am so so so so so so so excited!!!!!!PB and I brought THIRTY boxes of stuff to the venue on Saturday…. I was not as organized as Caitlin was before her wedding, so instead of printing pictures and taping them to each carton I made a huge master packing list with the contents of each carton, pictures of the setup, and extensive directions. Here are some of the boxes at my dad’s:
And en route…
Off to my auntie’s for what is sure to be a fabulous feast. I’ll share some pics from it tomorrow!
Until then, buon appetito!
