Sabrina, I found your blog a few months ago when searching for a fun app for a small wine/cheese party, and I’ve been a daily reader ever since. I love your approach to exercise, eating and healthy living. This recipe in particular looks awesome, as I LOVE spanakopita, but dread the heaviness of the “real” thing. Thank you :)

  8. This almost looks like dip, haha! It sounds really delicious, and spinach and feta are of course an unbelievably awesome combination, especially when the feta is all warm and soft :) You’re finding some great ways to utilize your feta in this challenge. Great work!

  10. Oh smart! And then it can be gluten-free, too, because you can use any kind of bread-like side!
