I love roasted tomatoes.
And grilled corn on the cob.
And soft creamy potatoes. And fresh feta.
Mix them all up and you have a summer meal in a bowl.
I’m going to miss summer… but to be honest, it’s only for the tomatoes.
Fall is my favorite. I can’t wait for fall.
Flashback. This one makes me happy.
Flashback 2. Perfect with summer tomatoes.

No to fall! I’m not ready yet
Summer fresh fruits and veggies <3. Tomatoes are incredible. A beautiful dish for sure

I’m craving Fall too. Big time. September – December is my favorite time of the year. I like crisp fall mornings and know that they’ll eventually lead to the Holiday’s, which I am a huge sucker for!!

I am SOOO with you on fall. I love the fruits/veggies of summer but fall is my time. I just looked longingly at the sweaters in storage yesterday.
Looking forward to trying your zucchini pasta this week. DH will be out of town one night so I am going to try it out. He’s not much for entirely veg meals.

@Scargosun, Three thoughts:
1. I did the SAME exact thing with sweaters!! I can’t wait to snuggle in a sweater and read a book with a cup of tea!
2. We made the zucchini pasta as a side another day with chicken breast as the main dish. Maybe your hubs would like it as a side dish?
3. I am having zucchini pasta today too!

@RhodeyGirlTests,
I’ll def do it as a side for him after I try it though.
I keep dreaming of a big bowl of just the zuke pasta with pesto.
After looking at the sweaters, I decided that tea in my freezing office today was a good idea. I guess that is a perk to having a cold office.

Fall and winter are my favorite too. I love the briskness, the coziness, even the early darkness at night. The only things I might miss from spring and summer are the tomatoes, corn, cherries, and watermelon.
But with fall comes figs…….oooooohhhh their short season can’t come soon enough.

Woman, the fall is totally my favorite. Last year I had a “best tastes of fall challenge” on my blog. You better believe that challenge will be resurrected!
PS. This dish looks heavenly.

I can’t wait for fall either!! But there are certainly lots of things I’ll miss about summer… Tomatoes definitely being one!

ooh that looks incredible. I love anything with potatoes!
But I will have to disagree – I love my summer weather… and I’m actually dreading the winter this year. (trust me, in Chicago, it’s no fun!) Btw- see you this weekend in Chi?

That looks delicious!! Fall isn’t SO bad – it means pumpkin and caramel and apples… and more tolerable running weather! That’s one way to look at it
