I forgot to post this the other day, so here it is!
Ingredients: 1 can chick peas
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Rinse and drain your chick peas (aka ceci).
3. Pop them in the oven on a baking sheet for about 40 minutes, shaking the pan every 15 minutes or so to shake ‘em up.
4. Remove from oven. Shut off oven (I always forget this!!). Sprinkle with a little salt if you like. Enjoy!
Sounds easy? That’s because it is.
