Sabrina! THis looks delicious and I definitely want to make this one. I was just at Trattoria Giussepe’s with my mom Sunday night and had this amazing salad that I’m probably going to recreate soon. It has mixed greens with walnuts, strawberries, mangoes, figs, mozzarella, apples, (I know I’m missing one more thing), tossed in a homemade raspberry vinaigrette. It’s absolutely amazing! Can’t wait to try this one!

  5. This salad looks delicious – I really love hearts of palm but never think about using them!

  6. ooooh, where does one find smoked almonds? that sounds divine!

  7. This recipe looks great. I am intrigued by the citrus and avocado in the mix. Sounds delicious!

  8. Yummy! This salad looks light and refreshing! Maybe I’ll make it tonight, especially since we’re experiencing 100+ degrees here in northern CA and I can’t take the heat in the kitchen! Thanks!

  9. That salad looks amazing! When we were in Mexico on our honeymoon I ate a jicama, avocado, orange, red onion, and walnut salad with a delicious light citrus dressing nearly every day. I have never tried to recreate it, but with your recipe I think I will try.

  10. Sounds so delicious! Remember that first time we had dinner? My salad had jicama and I loved it. I need to get some I guess.
