Foodie Gifts: Vonny Casserole Carriers
I rarely buy anything for our kitchen. When I moved down to Philadelphia, PB and I had to condense everything, including our kitchens, and you’d be surprised at how many cool kitchen tools he already had! I also have access to my mom’s kitchen for fun tools like potato ricers and gnocchi boards– my dad will never use those. And of course on any occasion where I receive a gift I can be 90% sure that it is something for the kitchen.
So I rarely buy anything for our kitchen. It would be wasteful. Except this one little thing which I just decided I absolutely need…
These Vonny casserole carriers are too cute and so practical. They hold a 9 x 13 or smaller baking dish, and they even have an exterior pocket to hold serving utensils!

I would say at least 15 times a year I am bringing a casserole dish to someone’s house and have to take two trips to the car just so I can carry the casserole dish separately. I am also paranoid and have to hold said dish carefully in my lap for the entire ride, just in case. (I’m a klutz, in case you didn’t know)
Problem is now solved! I am going to buy one of these Vonny casserole carriers. And then buy a few more for Christmas gifts too.
Permission to buy, please?

Oh my gosh- so stylish! I need one! Thanks for the idea
Those are SO cute! I have one but not nearly as cute as that.
Those are VERY cute – definitely every foodie needs one!
Those are cute!
Also, do you really bring a casserole to someone’s house 15 times a year?!
@Hangry Pants, Sadly, yes. I use casserole dishes for lots of things- lasagna, roasted veggies, pasta dishes etc. And at LEAST once a month, but usually about twice, I am bringing a side dish or an entree or a whole meal to someone’s house! Either it’s for movie night or a sweatpants party with friends. More recently… to help new parents out (and ensure they are eating haha)!
@RhodeyGirlTests,
Well I should invite you over then. I want a casserole.
that is so cute and perfect for bringing food to friends!
So adorable! Are they also insulated, because that would be awesome.
@Katherine @ Left Coast Contessa, Yes they are fully insulated!

Those are so cute and classy!
One of my favorite wedding shower gifts was a homemade casserole carrier in a cute quilted black, green, and pink print that holds one of the round glass pyrex casserole dishes. I can’t wait for the rest of the series!
So cute! I love the fun patterns.
I have to admit that I have never brought a casserole dish to somebody’s house! Haha. Those are pretty though and I like your idea of doing foodie gift posts 🙂
